Cancellation Policy:

Once confirmed, we will provide you with a full refund or offer a replacement item at no additional cost, including shipping fees.

Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) excluding any shipping charges.

 

3. Incorrect Size or Style:
   If you receive an item in the incorrect size or style due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or provide a full refund, including shipping fees.

 

4. Refund Process:
   Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
